RAISE Reclaim Tirepro produces sustainable drop-in fuels and circular chemicals from the vast amount of end-of-life tires that are disposed of every year.

For example, we extract carbon black, a fossil fuel based chemical that is present in almost every black product in our lives, and we create a recycled substitute.

We are also the world leader in refining and producing product grade sustainable fuels and liquid chemicals from the natural and synthetic rubber content of end-of-life tires.

Large CO₂ emissions reductions for in-demand products

Our raw material is waste that would otherwise be burned and landfilled. Tires are incredible – composite technological products of unparalleled toughness, full of valuable chemicals which took a lot of CO₂ emissions to make.

In a world that urgently needs to decarbonize, it is a tragedy to see this resource wasted and even more CO₂ emitted to dispose of it. But the supply of waste tires today is far bigger than the available capabilities to recycle them – and the flow of this waste is getting bigger and bigger every year.

A technological problem needs a technological solution. Over the years we have invested heavily in developing solutions to each and every challenge involved in turning that end-of-life tire into CO₂ emissions savings.

Types of Waste Treated

RGS treats all type of solid wastes including:

• Organic waste including plant material, animals and biomass waste that are all in the same classification from a molecular spectrum.
• Domestic municipal waste collectively includes some aspects of has all classifications of materials however the majority can be processed with a specific design model system.
• Bio-medical waste including waste like infectious waste include discarded blood , sharps, unwanted microbiological cultures and stocks, amputated body parts , other human or animal tissue, used bandages  and dressings, discarded gloves, expired medicines other medical supplies
• Tire Waste including truck, car, bike and heavy vehicle tires
• Plastic Waste including all types of  non recyclable plastic wastes

Treatment Methods

Different Processes to Treat Solid Waste:

• Incineration: Combustion of materials in an oxygen-rich environment, producing heat, smoke, ash and other by-products. Example would be burning waste in a commercial incinerator to heat water to power a steam turbine;
• Gasification: Breakdown of hydrocarbons into a syngas by carefully controlling the amount of oxygen present. And example would be the conversion of coal into town gas;
• Pyrolization: Thermal degradation of waste in the absence of oxygen to produce char, pyrolysis oil and syngas. Example is the conversion of cellulose fiber into a synthetic gas.
