Electro-Hydrogen Hybridization
Electro-hydrogen hybridization is a process that involves combining an electrical power source, such as a battery or a fuel cell, with a hydrogen fuel system to create a hybrid power system. This system is designed to improve the efficiency and sustainability of power generation and transportation by using hydrogen as a clean and renewable energy source.
In current green systems, the renewable power source generates electricity intermittently, which is then used to split water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen using a process called electrolysis. This is a very energy intensive process and requires large amounts of land to produce the solar and wind power. The hydrogen produced in this process is then stored in a hydrogen fuel tank or used directly by a hydrogen fuel cell to generate electricity.
RAISE creates solutions that requires near zero storage infrastructure and very little renewable power compared to traditional hybridization systems. Powered by our continuous renewable electricity generation ecosystem, platinum hydrogen can be produced cost-effectively, continuously, and with very little land requirements.
The hybrid system offers several advantages over traditional combustion-based engines, including reduced emissions, improved fuel efficiency, and increased power output. It also enables greater flexibility as the hydrogen fuel can be produced and stored separately from the electrical power source.
